Once your order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for processing before shipment. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will do our best to expedite your order.
Shipping Methods:
We offer standard and expedited shipping options for domestic and United States orders.
• Domestic orders are shipped via Viettel Post, with estimated delivery times of 3-5 business days.
• US orders are shipped via USPS, with estimated delivery times of 5-7 business days.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. You can view the shipping costs at checkout before completing your purchase.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on our website.
Tracking Information:

Package Lost In Transit:
If your package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier and has not been delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us immediately at [email protected]
We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier to locate your package. This investigation may take several business days to complete.
If the package is not located within a reasonable timeframe, we will offer you the choice of either a full refund or reshipment of your order at no additional cost to you.
Shipping Restrictions:
At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
